how to: noodles part 3 - japanese

the other day Azu bought me a couple of japanese noodle packs from across town, so i felt it my duty to give a fair comparison between the chinese and japanese

the japanese ones were a little more expensive i think, but still not as much as any other food stuff available anywhere in london

the japanese kill it on the flavour side, and they even include little bits of dehydrated meat and cabbage - sick
the instructions are clean and simple, and they even have a little tab that you pull off to drain the water (the dry noodle pack on the right)

basically, japan pisses over china's instant noodle scene
